Flow (“the App”) is a tool designed to help householders build and manage guest lists, organize seating, track visits, and plan future gatherings. The App now uses secure, account-based access to allow users to store and back up their data in the cloud. Flow’s core purpose and functionality remain unchanged.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and how it is stored.

1. Information We Collect

Flow collects only the minimum information necessary to provide core app functionality.

Information you provide:

  • Account information (such as email address or authentication credentials)
  • Guest names, visit history, notes, seating arrangements, and other content you choose to enter

Information we do not collect:

  • Advertising identifiers
  • Analytics or usage tracking data
  • Location data
  • Device fingerprinting data
  • Background or behavioral data

Flow does not use cookies, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.

2. How Your Information Is Used

Your information is used solely to provide and support the App’s functionality, including:

  • Creating and managing your Flow account
  • Securely storing and backing up your data
  • Restoring your data if you change or reinstall devices
  • Displaying your guest lists, hosting history, and seating plans

Your data is not used for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Flow offers a 3-month free trial, after which continued access requires a paid subscription of $5 USD per month. All payments are handled via Google Play. We do not collect credit card numbers.

4. Data Storage

User data is stored securely using cloud infrastructure associated with the App for backup and recovery.

5. Data Sharing

Flow does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except when required to operate the App’s secure storage/auth services or by law.

6. Data Security

Reasonable measures are taken to protect your information. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account access.

7. Children’s Privacy

Flow is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided info, please contact us.

8. Your Choices and Controls

You can edit/delete info, cancel subscriptions via Google Play, or delete your account at any time.
